Pay yearly and you pay for eleven months but use twelve — 8.33% off at every tier. The term is paid for: cancel early and you keep the service to the end of the period you paid for, with no refund. If we terminate or fail to deliver, you get a pro-rata refund. Top-up packs and the Instagram channel are excluded from the yearly discount.
Instagram +49 €/one-off — one flat fee, available on every tier. Instagram is one account per business, not one per person, so it is not priced per seat and is not discounted on yearly billing.
All prices net, cancellable monthly unless booked yearly. The entry point is Starter at €9 a month with one seat and 30 tickets — there is no longer a free tier. Starter and Team start by signing up yourself, with a 14-day trial; Chain is set up with us in a call.
Setup, if you want it
You can set Trusq up yourself in half an hour — that option is always there and costs nothing. If you would rather we did it, we charge a one-off fee. Across several locations we charge per location, because rolling out to a group of sites is not a single call.

Member data in good hands.
Trusq is built in Germany and hosted in Nuremberg, and the AI runs with a provider in the EU. For WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta, you get all the paperwork you need for GDPR.
What studio owners ask us.
Does Trusq work with my studio software?
Trusq runs alongside your studio software, whether that’s Octiv, Wodify, Eversports or something else. There is no direct integration yet: bookings, pauses and contracts stay in your system, and Trusq takes care of the messages.
What happens when Trusq doesn’t know the answer?
It doesn’t make anything up. It hands the message to your team. Trusq only replies when the answer is in your info.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
That depends on how the number is used today. If it already runs in the WhatsApp Business app on a phone, moving it can take a few weeks. We look at this together before you start, so your members can reach you the whole time.
What about Instagram?
The Instagram connection is built but not yet switched on for customers. We’ll let you know as soon as it is.
