Where is my data stored?

Hetzner Cloud, Nuremberg. PostgreSQL with row level security per tenant. Your data stays inside the EU and is strictly isolated from other tenants.

How long does setup take?

About 30 minutes to connect the channels. We populate the knowledge base together during the pilot phase, which takes a half day to a full day depending on document volume.

What happens when the AI can't answer a question?

If confidence drops below a threshold, the agent escalates the ticket to your team and sends nothing to the customer. You see the suggestion and decide whether to send it as-is or rewrite it.
